Return policy

The Mindfulness Center return policy is as follows:

• No refunds once a class session starts.
• Up to two weeks before class starts, full refund minus 20% administration fee.
• Prepaid classes are non-transferable to another person.
• Absence from class is non-refundable.
• Credit for serious illness or injury is valid for 3 months from initial incident.
• Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hours notice.
• If you are late for a private class the session will end at the original time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private session it is the instructor's discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.
