Ashira teaches a relaxing and revitalizing style of yoga. Private Yoga Session

Ashira offers private yoga sessions for those who want a personalized approach to their practice. A gifted teacher and personal advocate, Ms. Lavine offers private sessions and classes.

A private yoga session moves at your pace, and addresses your concerns specifically. If you are just getting started, or working with any limitations, private yoga is beneficial in that your instructor can focus on tailoring your session to you and your personal needs. You may also come away with exercises and practices that you can do on your own between sessions.
