Prepare For Surgery

60 Minutes $150

Why prepare?

Whether it's major surgery or a minor procedure, preparing for surgery can be scary. However, there is a way to reduce the anxiety before surgery and encourage faster healing with less pain.

When you take the time to prepare, you create the peaceful environment needed for optimal healing.

Together we will:

  • Identify your fears or concerns
  • Create a visualization of your ideal recovery
  • Customize "Healing Statements"
  • Build a plan for optimal healing
  • Develop a supportive environment

Using mind-body techniques, including breath, mindfulness, gentle movement, and body work will allow you to maintain a balanced and calm approach.

Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster empowers patients to lead the way to recovery by allowing them to take their appropriate place on the surgical team
