What Will Be Covered In A One on One Session?

A private yoga session moves at your pace, and addresses your concerns specifically. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation. If you are just getting started, or working with any limitations, private yoga is beneficial in that your instructor can focus on tailoring your session to you and your personal needs. You may also come away with exercises and practices that you can do on your own between sessions.

After 20 years studying human behavior and body language as a criminologist, Ashira has deepened her study into the human body as a registered yoga teacher, meditation teacher and licensed massage therapist. Ashira teaches a relaxing and revitalizing style of yoga. This is accomplished through slow, gentle, mindful movement that is integrated with breath work and meditation to relax your body and mind while healing your entire system, reducing pain, improving sleep quality and cultivating happiness.
