Ashira lavine After facing a traumatic injury as a Special Agent for the US Government, Ashira now teaches the practices that helped her heal and thrive. Ashira is a certified yoga and meditation instructor and bodyworker with a long-standing interest in how the mind and body work together. The practices that healed her mind, body, heart, soul and spirit are now part of her teachings, where she incorporates a fusion of the modalities that helped her reach chemical-free happiness and contentment in life.  She has a Master’s Degree in Criminology and as a body language expert and facial coder, her skills in reading people are now used to support them in living optimally. She offers a combination of insight, guidance, support, and kindness that encourages people of any age or health condition to be their best self.  Coming from a foundational practice of non-judging awareness, Ashira teaches a relaxing and revitalizing style of yoga. This is accomplished through slow, gentle, mindful-movement that is integrated with breath work and meditation, to relax your body and mind while healing your entire system. Some of Ashira’s areas of special interest include: reducing pain, improving sleep quality, and cultivating happiness.
