The Mindfulness Center offers one-on-one intensive training in stress reduction techniques. Helpful in treating anxiety and other stress-related disorders, you will learn stress management techniques, relieve tension, and gain a feeling of control over the causes of stress. As a positive influence, stress can help compel us to action; it can result in a new awareness and an exciting new perspective. As a negative influence, it can result in feelings of loss of control. The negative influence of stress can lead to health problems. With knowledge of a range of stress management techniques and other lifestyle skills, you can develop a personalized approach to managing stress in your life and gaining control. Programs to individuals, groups, government agencies and public and private school systems.
The number of sessions required varies according to individual needs.

+ Aurora Hutchinson
Aurora Hutchinson, M.A. is the Mindfulness Programs Director at The Mindfulness Center, and serves as a faculty member of the resident Meditation Teacher Training program and SOMA, The Science of Mindful Awareness: Meditation Teacher Certification online training. She teaches group classes, conducts corporate seminars and works with individual clients seeking to learn meditation for stress management, improved health, career and family support. Aurora is certified as a SOMA meditation teacher, and is also an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher-in-Training as well as a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master practitioner. She has a professional background in DoD and scientific program management, with an emphasis on research, policy interpretation, and technical and scientific writing. Aurora is also trained in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and is a yoga teacher in training. Her passion as a scientist, teacher and practitioner is in promoting and practicing evidence-based, best practices of self-care in hospitals, wellness centers, educational and corporate settings, to empower and serve others.
Integrative Wellness Therapy

Are you looking for a mind-body approach to support your stress and pain management needs?
Wanting a more customized session to help with stress and pain management and/or continue strengthening your mind-body awareness? One-on-one Integrative Wellness Therapy (IWT) session and workshops are available.
An IWT session is an individualized program that includes talk therapy, mind-body awareness and stress management techniques and goals uniquely developed for each client. Each session run approximately 50-70 minutes, and will include the development and implementation of a wellness plan.

Tania Golocovsky, M.S, LGPC, LMT, RY-200 is an LGPC, mental health psychotherapist, licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher with over 12 years practicing in the wellness community. Her integrative approach combines numerous holistic therapies including mental health counseling, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and wellness consultation. She uses a strength-centered, empowerment model, with an energetic and creative approach to stress and pain management, oncology care and women’s wellness.
Tania is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johns Hopkins University. She has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She has been a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker for over 10 years.
