The Mindfulness Center offers one-on-one intensive training in stress reduction techniques.

Helpful in treating anxiety and other stress-related disorders, you will learn stress management techniques, relieve tension, and gain a feeling of control over the causes of stress. As a positive influence, stress can help compel us to action; it can result in a new awareness and an exciting new perspective. As a negative influence, it can result in feelings of loss of control. The negative influence of stress can lead to health problems. With knowledge of a range of stress management techniques and other lifestyle skills, you can develop a personalized approach to managing stress in your life and gaining control. Tania Golocovsky, M.S, LGPC, LMT, RY-200 is an LGPC, mental health psychotherapist, licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher with over 12 years practicing in the wellness community. Her integrative approach combines numerous holistic therapies including mental health counseling, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and wellness consultation. She uses a strength-centered, empowerment model, with an energetic and creative approach to stress and pain management, oncology care and women’s wellness.

Tania is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
She has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. 
She has been a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker for over 10 years.
