An online six-week series of gentle yoga practices and education on how yoga can help improve well-being for people newly diagnosed with cancer, as well as patients in treatment, survivors, and caregivers. Learn simple and effective evidence-informed yoga practices designed to reduce pain, fatigue, insomnia, lymphedema, neuropathy, anxiety, digestive distress, and cognitive fog. The combination of intention setting, movement, breathing, sound, mudra, and guided visualization creates a positive connection with the body, boosts immunity and mood, and soothes the mind and spirit; led by Integrative Yoga Therapists and Master Faculty Teachers Cheryl Fenner Brown, C-IAYT, Dianne Galliano-Grigsby, MS, C-IAYT, and Sadie Grossman C-IAYT, M.S.
