Are you feeling: stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, unhappy, adjusting to a life transition- divorce, caregiving, retirement, or grieving, or need support toward reaching your life goals? If you are an outpatient, then I may be the therapist for you.  Together we may develop a working relationship in individual telehealth therapy sessions to shift your current emotional state and guide you toward the direction of where you want to be. I have been a therapist in clinical mental health for more than 30 years working with diverse inpatient populations and diagnoses where I’ve incorporated traditional theoretical practices, such as cognitive-behavioral, strengths based and solution focused approaches for short term psychotherapy. I am conveniently accessible through a confidential online platform. I also have an office in Owings Mills, Md. In my personal practice of creating art, my work includes a combination of music, creativity and mindfulness practice. I meet my clients where they are. Depending on your interests, I have a creative solution that would be customized to your specific needs.
